WATCH: 8-year-old brain tumour survivor brings judges and crowd to tears

A recent performance by an 8-year-old boy and some special people in his life left Britain's Got Talent judges and the crowd in tears.

A dream of his, his entire life, Ravi Adelekan graced the stage of BGT earlier this week to sing a special rendition of 'A Million Dreams.'

"I've watched BGT all my life and always wanted to audition for it," said Ravi to judge, Simon Cowell. "Two years ago, I was diagnosed with a brain tumour, and I'm here to show you no matter what life throws at you, you can still achieve your dreams."

Mandisa's funeral to be livestreamed

After Mandisa's unexpected death, a celebration of life is being held in Tennessee this weekend that will also be livestreamed. 

On April 18 the Christian singer Mandisa was found deceased in her home in Nashville. The cause of death is still unknown one week later. 

However, on April 22 police from Franklin, TN released a report saying that there was no foul play suspected at this time.

Mac Powell is headed north for a tour across Western Canada that starts in Winnipeg. 

"It's rare for me to get to go to Canada so I'm super excited about coming back," says Powell. "I always have a great time out there. You guys have a beautiful country. The fans and friends there are great."

Powell shares that on top of meeting fans, he enjoys going to the Canadian staple, Tim Hortons. 

"I always love going up there and getting a donut and coffee."

Megan Danielle, featured in season 21 of the popular television show, adds a country vibe to the updated song. 

"I couldn't help but just believe her every word when I heard Megan Danielle sing a cover of 'I Got Jesus' on here and tag me in it," said Ben. "A few weeks later she was in the studio singing her heart out on it again. I am privileged and humbled by your love for Jesus, Megan."

A Christian band from Manitoba has paired up with World Vision once again to travel across the ocean and see the work being done in Nepal, in the name of Jesus.

Lead singer Jordan Janzen and Larry Abrams who plays guitar and sings backup of The Color share what the experience has been like so far. 

"We're in the Himalayan foothills of Nepal with World Vision," says Janzen. "We've partnered with World Vision Canada for 11 years now."

Taco Bell manager heroically saves infant after he stopped breathing

A mother in Pennsylvania is grateful after her 11-week-old baby almost died while visiting a Taco Bell. 

Natasha Long was going through a Taco Bell drive-thru Saturday afternoon when she turned around to see her infant son Myles turning blue. 

The manager at the Taco Bell in Richboro, Becky Arbaugh, heard cries for help coming from the vehicle. Before any time had passed, Arbaugh ripped off her headset and ran to help the baby. 

Manitoba family of six embarks on a once-in-a-lifetime-adventure

A Manitoba family of six is embarking on a once-in-a-lifetime adventure.

At the start of February, Rachel and Eric Driedger and their four children, Maisie, Micah, Abram and Zeke, packed up a few bags, hopped into a vintage camper and drove south, first hitting the United States, before hopping on a plane and flying further south to Central and South America.

"I just really love to travel," said Rachel. "I wanted to be able to take our kids and expose them to travelling, different cultures, different people groups and difficult situations."

Tasha Layton releases encouragement song for friend diagnosed with cancer

Tasha Layton is featuring Chris Brown on her latest single 'Worship Through It.'

"I wrote this song about a dear friend who was diagnosed with cancer," says Layton on social media. "I'll say this. Whatever you're walking through, God's got you. He loves you. He has your best interest in mind. I hope that you don't wait until you're on the mountaintop to worship. Worship in the valley."

Brown, featured on Layton's new single, has been a worship leader and singer from the band Elevation Worship for 15 years.
