Funeral For: Helen Unrau  
Funeral Date: August 1, 2024  
Helen Unrau, 102, of Winnipeg passed away Saturday, July 27th at St. Boniface Hospital. She is survived by 1 brother, 2 sisters-in-law and many nieces and nephews  
She was predeceased by 4 sisters and 6 brothers.  
The funeral for Helen Unrau will be held Thursday, August 1st at 11am at Douglas Mennonite Church, Winnipeg, with burial at Sage Creek Cemetery, Springfield.  
Viewing will be at the church prior to the service.  

Lavon Marion Shaw age 98 of Cabri Saskatchewan, passed away on July 17, 2024 at The Prairie Health Care Centre in Cabri. At Lavon's request no funeral services will take place. 

Lavon is survived by sons Larald (Cindy) and Perry. Grandchildren: Brandy Mogg (Chad) and great grandchildren: Ava, Brooklyn, and Hudson. Step-Grandson Travis Hart (Kimberly), and great grandchildren: Adalynn and Norah Hart. Extended family: Bonnie Shaw and Lauris Thinglestad. Brother Gordon Tonsaker, two sisters Thelma McCelland and Lorraine Solheim, and sister in law Bonnie Tonsaker. 

Joanne F. Mills
1949 - 2024

Joanne Mills, late of Redvers, SK passed away on Thursday, July 25, 2024 at the Redvers Health Centre, Redvers, SK at the age of 74 years.

The Funeral Mass will be held on Friday, August 2, 2024, at 2:00 p.m. at the Our Lady of Fatima R.C Church with Rev. Lourdhu Raju Bandhanadam presiding. Interment will take place at the Redvers Cemetery following the service. Everyone is invited to join the family at the Redvers Activity Centre for the luncheon.

The Memorial Service for the late Florence Korsberg of Shaunavon will be held on Tuesday, August 6th at 10:30 a.m. from Royal Canadian Legion Hall in Shaunavon with Pastor Linda Hall officiating. Interment for the late Florence Korsberg will take place at Hillcrest Cemetery at Shaunavon. Binkley’s Funeral Service of Shaunavon is in charge of the arrangements. 82 years young

Beloved wife of David Crawford;
caring mother of Leslie Raugust, Terri (Clint) Copeland, Rick Raugust, Christopher (Subha Velusamt) Crawford;
loving grandmother of Lee, Tony, Emily, Katherine, Lyle, Sophia, Chloe and Lincoln;
and great-grandmother of Kiki, Walker, Claire, Shaelynne, Maddyson, Avianna, and Tayden.

It is with great sadness that the family of Judith Ann Hoimyr (nee: Mackintosh) announce her passing on Saturday, July 27, 2024 at the age 70 years, after a courageous battle with cancer.  Judy’s journey touched the lives of many, leaving behind cherished memories and a legacy of strength and resilience. Her courage was an inspiration to all who knew her.

Marjorie Hessam
August 23, 1935 - July 26, 2024

It is with saddened hearts the family of Marjorie (Marj) Hessam (nee Kienlen) announces her sudden passing at her home on July 26, 2024 at the age of 88 (born in Humbolt, Saskatchewan on August 23, 1935).

Marjorie is predeceased by her husband Douglas Hessam, parents Emil and Agnes Kienlen, her sister Geraldine, step-son Duncan Hessam, step-daughter Debbie McCool, step-son-in-law Mike McCool.

Mervyn Gilbertson
1943 - 2024

The family of James “Mervyn” Gilbertson of Regina, SK, previously Forget, SK, beloved husband of Sharon Gilbertson (Richaud) sadly announces his passing on Friday, July 26, 2024, in Regina, at the age of 81 years. 

As per Merv’s wishes, there will be a private family and friends Celebration of Life on Saturday, September 14, 2024.

Robert "Bob" Cranna
1949 - 2024

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Robert William "Bob" Cranna on July 26, 2024, at the Regina Pasqua Hospital Palliative Care Unit after a heartbreaking battle with cancer.  

Pedro Dueck passed away on July 27, 2024 in Portage la Prairie at the age of 30.  

He is survived by his parents Heinrich and Catarina Dueck; siblings Irma (Jake) Giesbrecht, Bernie (Maria) Dueck, Betty (John) Dyck, Henry (Janae) Dueck, as well as many beloved aunts and uncles, nieces, nephews and friends.

He is predeceased by his sister Yesania Dueck, brother David Dueck, and his grandparents Peter and Susana Dueck, Ben and Elizabeth Martens.
