It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Ken Streitenberger on Sunday, April 6, 2025. Loving husband of Tillie and loving father of his children. He passed away at Lakeview Pioneer Lodge in Wakaw with his wife and daughter Judy by his side.

Theodore “Ted” Pongoski

Peacefully on Monday, April 7, 2025, Ted Pongoski passed away with family by his side at the Portage District General Hospital at the age of 87 years.

Bonnie Lynn Potomski aged 67 years of Moose Jaw, SK, passed away on Wednesday, March 26th, 2025. 

Bonnie was born January 24th, 1958, in Weyburn, SK and worked as a therapist at Valley View Center for 37 years before taking an early retirement.  She had a caring nature, and she loved her patients and co-workers.

Deborah "Deb" Hearn Obituary

1959 ~ 2025 (age 66)

Deborah “Deb” Hearn (nee Blender) of Aquadeo, SK, passed away on Thursday, April 3, 2025 at the age of 66 after a hard-fought battle with cancer.

Deb grew up in Sturgis, SK, until she married the love of her life, Brian, after just a few weeks of knowing him. She was a Jill of all trades and at one time had 12 jobs until she took over Chatters, a coffee shop in the Kindersley Mall. She was able to connect with everyone and everyone who knew her learned something from her.

Julia Wiebe, 76, of Morris passed away Saturday, April 5th at Bethesda Regional Health Centre, Steinbach. She is survived by 2 daughters, and 1 son. She was predeceased by 1 sister and 2 brothers. 
The celebration of life for Julia Wiebe will be held Friday, April 11th at 2pm at Morris Fellowship Chapel with burial at Hespeler Cemetery, Niverville.  
Viewing will be at Morris Funeral Home Thursday, April 10th from 7 to 8pm and at the church prior to the service.

Tina Wiebe nee Wolfe, 79, of Morden formerly of Lowe Farm, passed away Saturday, April 5th at Boundary Trails Health Centre. She is survived by her husband Peter, 4 daughters, and their families. She was predeceased by 1 daughter. 
The funeral service for Tina Wiebe nee Wolfe will be held Thursday, April 10th at 2pm at Winkler Sommerfeld Mennonite Church with burial at Kronsweide Cemetery.
