The bean-green not so meany and his pals checked into the Elizabeth for the afternoon on Sunday for the meet and greet.
Dozens of kids and families lined up for a picture with the Grinch and a chance to meet Cindy Lou Who and long-suffering canine sidekick Max at the event. The Grinch was in fine form, and despite the gruff exterior, Grinchy welcomed everyone with a heart that grew several sizes with each child’s visit.
It was also a chance for parents to get in some last minute shopping with a variety of craft and home based business vendors on hand. Tree House Treasures of St. Benedict brought much of their inventory and took over the Rosewood Room. Residents of the Elizabeth had the chance to visit with their guests and enjoy the bustle of the holiday season in their own home.
