Residents asked to avoid area of a fuel spill in Clairmont

Residents are asked to avoid the area of 113 Avenue in Clairmont between 95 Street and 96 Street as County crews work to clean up a fuel spill.  

There is no immediate danger to the public and no risk to the environment. The spill has been contained and the cause is under investigation. 

Residents should not park on the south side of 113 Avenue between 95 Street and 96 Street until the clean-up is complete.  

County Transportation and Utilities staff will remain on scene until the clean-up is complete. An updated message will be posted when the work has been completed.
