“We wanted to make life easier for our customers and their pocketbooks.”
This from Stan Hiebert, General Manager at Titanium Mechanical.
“We felt that we needed to look into buying in bulk to get the consumers a better price, because people are hurting financially, due to rising food costs and interest rates.”
Established in 2009, Titanium Mechanical provides commercial and residential heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and plumbing services to a large service area, stretching from the southeast region to the outskirts of Winnipeg, south to Emerson, and east to Falcon Lake.
“If you have a hot water tank or a furnace or air conditioning unit that has failed, you give us a call. We'll send a technician out and we'll get you up and running in no time,” assures Hiebert.
Titanium Mechanical’s slogan is “Your Comfort, Our Priority” and the sheer number of 5-star Google Reviews they have received confirms this local HVAC company lives up to their promise.
Some might wonder, with their prices coming down, will they still deliver the same level of service, and Hiebert speaks to that.
“Our service remains the same. We still will give you five-star service with everything that we do. And if you feel that we haven't provided you with 5-star service, we ask that you reach out to us and let us know, so we can make it right.”
To make it even easier on their clientele, they’re offering a furnace cleaning special for just $169.
Erik Neufeld is a Service Technician with Titanium Mechanical.
“A lot of dust can get past the filter and that built-up dirt can really cause a lot of damage over time in your unit,” he explains. “So with the service cleaning, the whole furnace gets inspected. All the different features of it get checked and we make sure everything’s working right, that it functions properly, and that it works as it should.”
Typically they’ll also clean the sensors and blower wheel, which moves the air in your home.
“It’s like getting your oil changed on your vehicle,” Neufeld elaborates. “You can get by with not doing it and it'll probably keep working for quite a while. But once you do have a breakdown, very often it's just dirt that has built up over a long period of time, leading to breakdowns.”
He says most people get their furnaces inspected by a professional on a yearly basis, and recommends folks check their furnace filters at least once a month.
“One of the benefits of getting your equipment serviced and cleaned is you have a technician looking at it at least once a year,” says Neufeld. “Catching problems or different things that are starting to slowly let go and break down.”
Most furnace breakdowns seem to happen over weekends, holidays, or after hours.
“The last thing you want is to be stuck without heat during those times.”
To help people avoid those bigger breakdowns, Titanium Mechanical has introduced a furnace service and cleaning special for just $169, providing it’s booked on or before January 30th.
Hiebert expresses gratitude to the past, present, and future clientele of Titanium Mechanical.
“We want to thank the community for all the support that you've given us over the past years, and we hope we can serve you for many more years to come.”
