It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of our baby boy Khadyn Mandamin on June 16, 2021, in Sandy Lake, Ontario.
Baby is predeceased by his great-grandparents, Russell and Marilyn Loon, Ronald Keesick and Beverly Assin; grandfathers, Stedman Loon, George McDonald, uncle, Paul Oteskan, cousin, Matthew Loon, Wanda loon and auntie, Gina.
He is survived by his parents, Andrea Loon (JT), Jeffrey Mandamin; grandparents, Roberta Mandamin & Tim Cameron, Miranda Quoquat (Chad), Anita Loon (Jason); great grandmother, Irene Cowley; aunties, Kambria Loon (Tyson), Babiiwebinace Kejick, Nodenokwe Kejick, Cleo Oteskan, Charmaine Oteskan; great aunties and great uncles, Shannon Cowley, Mary Ann Cowely, Samantha Cowley, Phyllis Mandamin (Alfred Oshie), Wayne Mandamin (Margaret Paul) and Floyd Mandamin (Charlene Bear); uncles, Trajan Loon, Joseph Mandamin (Stacey), Randy Mandamin, Eric Mandamin, Rutger Kokopenace; cousins, Connor, Avery, Avera and many more, too many to mention.
A Traditional Wake will take place at the Trappers Building, Monday, June 28, 2021, at 3 p.m. Funeral Service will take place on Wednesday, June 30, 2021 at 11 a.m. Elder Ron Indian Mandamin to officiate service.
Burial to follow at Grassy Narrows Cemetery.
