Hit and run driver caught in Maple Creek

The driver of an SUV that was involved in a hit and run in Maple Creek last week has been charged.

The vehicle hit a parked black SUV on January 4 and left significant damage to the rear driver-side door before fleeing the scene.

Police found the driver on Friday and issued a ticket for driving without care and attention.

No injuries resulted from the collision.
