It is with heavy hearts our family announces the sudden passing of Greg Hunter in the early morning of Saturday, July 10, 2021 at the Thunder Bay Regional Hospital with family by his side. 

Those left to mourn his loss are his proud father, Conroy Paul; his loving mother, Maybeline Hunter (Saeed); his maternal grandmother, Katherine Hunter (Nee: Mandamin); his big sister, Rolena Hunter (Graham); his brothers, Jaiden Shaeri and Isaiah Ritch; his uncles, Lawrence Hunter, Tommy Hunter, Francis Paul, David (Mooz) Paul Jr. (Andrea), Robert Muckle, Pete Ross, Robert Dawson (Glenna) and Chris Paul; his aunts; Rose Hunter, Karen Hunter (William), Laura Mallet, Sharlene Hunter, Sophia Copenace (Tim), Shelley McDonald and Kathy Jack (Doug); his nieces and nephews, Migisii Redsky, Reanna Redsky, Jonena Redsky, Tyren Hiebert-Hunter, Riley Sinclair.  
 
He leaves this world to join his grandfather’s, Dave Paul Sr. and David Hunter; his grandmother, Mary Louise Paul (nee: Bluebird); his brother; Bradley Hunter; his uncle, Paul Muckle; his aunt, Virginia Paul.
He will be greatly missed and remembered by all of his family, cousins and many close friends, too numerous to mention.

Greg had a gentle soul and was known for being kind to all that he met. Greg had a great sense of humor and always made family and friends laugh. He was an extremely talented guitar player, spent many years perfecting his skills and never missed a chance to sing. Greg also loved to cook and bake.

A Traditional Wake Service to be held on Monday, July 26, 2021 at 11 a.m. at the Community Hall in Northwest Angle #33. A Traditional Funeral will take place on Tuesday, July 27, 2021 at the Community Hall in Northwest Angle #33 at 11:00 a.m. Service officiated by Elder Langford Ogemah.
