A resolution could be coming soon for a man accused of attempted murder.
Aleida Oberholzer appeared via telephone in Moose Jaw Provincial Court on Tuesday as an agent for Brian Pfefferle. Pfefferle is representing the accused, Dillon Peeace.
Oberholzer told the court that the case could be resolved and received an adjournment to March 19.
Peeace was arrested on Sept. 28 following an alleged machete attack in downtown Moose Jaw.
Along with being charged with attempted murder, Peeace is also facing charges including breaching an undertaking, causing a disturbance, resisting arrest and breaking and entering. He is co-accused with his brother Kyle who makes his next court appearance Thursday morning.
