Airdrie RCMP has said that a man who was previously reported missing last month has been located safe.

Yesterday afternoon Peace River RCMP advised the public of a heavy police presence in Cadotte Lake and to avoid the area of Highway 986, near Christian street.
The incident was a firearm-related call and police were able to contain the suspects in a residence. No injuries were reported.
The police presence was cleared shortly after 5pm.
No further information will be released at this time.
