Round two of WHL playoffs start this week for the Moose Jaw Warriors. They'll be facing off against the Swift Current Broncos in a best-of-seven series. Games 1 and 2 are at the Moose Jaw Events Centre this Friday and Saturday. Puck drop is at 7 p.m. both days.
The other Eastern Conference semi-final will feature the Saskatoon Blades up against the Red Deer Rebels. That series also begins Friday night.

It came down to the final stone and Team Sweden beat Brad Gushue's Team Canada 6-5 to win the World Men's Curling Championship yesterday. It's a 7th world championship for Sweden's skep Niklas Edin - that's a new record.
Over to the NBA, the Toronto Raptors beat the Washington Wizards 130-122.
