The Moose Jaw Warriors will be on their way to Portland today. The team will face the Winterhawks in the WHL Championship Final, with Game 1 tomorrow at 8 p.m. Saskatchewan time.

The Warriors stay in Portland for Game 2 on Saturday, before coming back to Moose Jaw for games 3 through 5 on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday next week.

A number of Moose Javians will be representing Saskatchewan at the National Judo Championships in Montreal May 23 through 26th, including competitors Hawkins Jacobson, Emmett Lee-Neuman, Felix Leonard, Kenzie Woods, Nova Lee-Neuman, Kolbi Fenrick, Avery Gibney, and Destiny Diehl.

As Stanley Cup Playoffs continue, the Vancouver Canucks came back from a 4-1 deficit to beat Edmonton 5-4 in game one of that series while the Boston Bruins fell 6-1 to the Florida Panthers in Game 2 of their second round series which is now tied 1-1. 

The Toronto Blue Jays were 5-3 winners over the Philadelphia Phillies yesterday.
