57s best 18UAAA Red Sox in double header

The Swift Current 57s provided a tough challenge for the U18 AAA Red Sox on Saturday as the Sox dropped a pair in a couple though contested games. 

In game one, the Red Sox out hit their competition but still fell 2-1. Jarret Rude, Dayne Schommer, Carter Huls, Cam Marshak, Pyror Dyck and Marek Yeager each collected a hit for the Sox. 

In game 2 of the double header, the 57s shut out the Sox 3-0in a pitchers’ duel. It was Yeager on the mound for the Sox facing Mason Fauser for the 57's. In the end, the Swift Current squad saw a little more success at the plate.
