Bethesda Foundation hosted their annual Drive for Excellence Golf Tournament recently. And what a beautiful sunny day it was, nestled in between many rainy days!
“Fundraising events like the golf tournament make it possible for Bethesda Foundation to provide specialized equipment for our local hospital,” says Linda Peters, the Foundation’s Executive Director. “We’ve also been able to contribute towards mental health initiatives in our community, as well as larger projects like the CancerCare Centre, or the Crisis Stabilization Unit, just to name a few.”
Bethesda Foundation is currently raising funds for the new and expanded surgery department at Bethesda Regional Health Centre. The Foundation has pledged $8 million to make this long-awaited project a reality for Steinbach.
