Emerson Drive is set to perform at this year's Bear Creek Folk Music Festival, marking a special moment in their illustrious career.

As part of their final tour, the Grande Prairie natives are returning to their roots to deliver a heartfelt performance at one of the region's most beloved events.

The festival, held annually on Borstad Hill in Muskoseepi Park, will take place from August 16-18, 2024, featuring an eclectic mix of artists from various genres. 

Brad Mates, the band's lead vocalist, shared his excitement with REACH FM about playing Grande Prairie again.  

"Every show this year is special, but performing back home at Bear Creek holds a unique significance," he said. "We hope to deliver a memorable performance as a thank you to our supporters."  

Alongside Emerson Drive, the festival lineup includes notable acts such as Alan Doyle, Matt Andersen, the Northbloods, and William Prince, promising an unforgettable experience for all attendees.
