Westin Walls pitched a complete game, scattering 9 hits over 9 innings while striking out 11 batters and the Moose Jaw Miller Express earned a trip to the Western Canadian Baseball League championship final with a 5-3 win over the Berries in Saskatoon Berries last night.

Joe Osborn hit a home run for Moose Jaw while Nate Houston went 4-for-4 at the plate and scored two runs.

The Millers will be up against the Okotoks Dawgs, who won the West Division Final with a 10-4 win over the Sylvan Lake Gulls last night.

Game 1 of the best-of-three championship series gets underway tomorrow with the Millers visiting Okotoks with game two at Ross Wells Park Friday night. 

Major League Baseball, the Blue Jays beat the Angels 6-1.

Week 11 of the CFL schedule gets underway tomorrow with Ottawa in Calgary to play the Stampeders. 

Saskatchewan Roughriders are at home Friday night as they welcome the Montreal Alouettes.

AND...big news in the CFL yesterday as the BC Lions signed quarterback Nathan Rourke who was just released by the NFL's Atlanta Falcons.
