Three years ago Jordan St. Cyr moved him and his family down to Tennessee. This week he'll perform in his hometown of Niverville for the first time since the move to a sold-out crowd.

"We wanted to do something special, in Niverville, just to really honour all the relationships that have helped us get to where we are here," says St. Cyr. "I'm blown away by the response. It's going to be a beautiful night of worship and celebrating what God has done in our lives and what His desire is to do in each one of our lives."

St. Cyr will be playing two shows in Manitoba this week. The first in Niverville on August 29 at 7:00 p.m.

"I'm so excited to have my buddy Steve Bell, he's going to be playing the show. Now he's not opening the show. He's smack dab in the middle and then we're going to have a conversation about what God has been doing in our lives. We're going to create this family feel for the night."

St. Cyr has also been invited to perform at Fun with Family Day in Portage la Prairie on September 1, alongside Rend Collective, Brooke Nicholls, Carine Bado, and Nathan Keys

"Bring the kids, bring your friends. They've got ziplines and a petting zoos as well as 71 vendors. There will be activities to do all day. I believe we go on at 6:00 p.m. and Rend Collective, they're going to go on at 9:00 p.m. They are one of those band growing up that were very formative for me. It's going to be a great day and it's free."

St. Cyr is headed on his first headlining tour, the My Foundation tour, across the U.S. this fall. The special guests joining him will be Stars Go Dim and The Band Table.

"I'm a husband, a father, who just happens to write and sing songs. But at the end of the day we want to glorify God in everything we do."
