A teenage boy was arrested by Winkler police earlier this month after a teenage girl reported he'd touched her inappropriately.
According to Winkler Police Service, he was arrested for sexual assault, sexual interference, and failure to comply with a release order.
He was remanded into custody with a Manitoba Youth Court date in Winnipeg.
Meantime, a woman was arrested for assault causing bodily harm after Winkler police were called to a fight in progress. According to the male complainant, the woman was brandishing a weapon.
Once on scene, officers learned the woman had assaulted the man.
She was arrested and released on an undertaking with a Morden court date.
