Sports Round-Up: Thursday, September 5

The Moose Jaw and District Sports Hall of Fame will introduce a number of this year's inductees this morning at the Moose Jaw Events Centre!

The Hall will welcome Ken Bradley in the athlete and builder categories along with athletes Troy Gottselig and Brian Montague with Murray Swayze and the late Wally Boshuck in the builder category.

The induction dinner will be held Saturday, September 28th. We'll have more details later today.

The Moose Jaw Warriors are preparing for back-to-back pre-season games against the Regina Pats this weekend - Friday night in Estevan and Saturday night at Assiniboia's Southland CO-OP Centre. And, the Warriors reminding fans that season tickets are now available for pick-up.

The National Football League season gets underway tonight with the defending Super Bowl champion Kansas City Chiefs hosting the Baltimore Ravens.

Week 14 of the CFL season starts tomorrow with the BC Lions in Montreal to take on the Alouettes. The Saskatchewan Roughriders will be in Winnipeg to play the Blue Bombers on Saturday. Game time is 1 o'clock.
