The Wheatland County Food Bank has put out a wish list for an upcoming food drive as they look to feed the need in Strathmore.

Residents can put their non-perishable food items in a bag dropped off at homes by staff and volunteers or in a box in front of their house.

The food will be picked up on Saturday (Sept. 21) after 9:00 a.m.

Items you can leave:

  • Canned soup, fruit, veggies, meat, and tomatoes.
  • Brown beans.
  • Hamburger Helper.
  • Cereal.
  • Pasta sauce.
  • Elbow macaroni.
  • Rice.
  • Kraft Dinner.
  • Puddings.
  • Personal hygiene items.
  • Jam.
  • Pancake mix and syrup.
