The City of Grande Prairie is inviting interested applicants to submit a Request for Expression of Interest to operate a food and beverage service at the Ernie Radbourne Pavilion, to provide a new and exciting amenity for park patrons throughout the year.
The Ernie Radbourne Pavilion, located in the heart of Muskoseepi Park, serves as the park's central administration hub and offers event and meeting space. In 2023, the Pavilion welcomed approximately 78,500 visitors, and the park has already seen more than 67,000 visitors so far in 2024. With high foot traffic during the summer and numerous community events, including Canada Day celebrations, the Pavilion offers a significant opportunity for business growth.
The 375 square foot kitchen is being leased for $800.00 monthly, including utilities and common area costs. This competitive lease provides a unique chance for businesses to expand in Grande Prairie while contributing to the vibrant community atmosphere of Muskoseepi Park.
Expressions of interest for the leased space are being accepted until September 24, 2024. Proposed hours of operation must align with the Pavilion’s seasonal hours to ensure reliable service for park patrons. Lease terms range from a minimum of three (3) years to a maximum of five (5) years.
