Over 40 tons of food collected during this years Food Bank Drive

Last week's Rotary Food Bank Drive was a huge success.

On Thursday, September 12 hundreds of volunteers went door to door in the City of Grande Prairie collecting food donations for the Salvation Army Food Bank.

They estimate that around 40 tons of food was collected during the Rotary Food Bank Drive which should enable the Salvation Army to provide hampers up to and including the Christmas hampers.
