A feasibility assessment to determine whether to bring in a new lodge and hospice for seniors has been postponed by the Town of Strathmore.
During a council meeting on Wednesday (Sept. 18) town administration asked members of council for more time to review the report.
The request to delay the report was passed. The assessment was scheduled to return to council on October 2 but has now been pushed back until November 6.
The report will include financing, scale and siting, and legislative, legal, and regulatory requirements for a senior's lodge to be funded in the town.
