The Humboldt and District Hospital Foundation were the grateful beneficiaries of a donation from Watrous Mainline Motors. The $20,000 donation to the Foundation will head directly to diagnostic and cardiac equipment in the Humboldt and District Hospital.
“The donation could impact so many things,” says HDHF Director Lori Bunko. “We are in need of two ECG monitors right now. We’re upgrading to digital x-ray, and that’s going to provide immediate images to our ordering physicians, so they can pull it up right away on a screen.”
Other pieces of cardiac equipment used throughout the hospital fall under the umbrella for the donation as well. The donation was part of Watrous Mainline Motors annual giving campaign.
The HDHF thanks Watrous Mainline Motors for the generous donation that will support health care throughout the region.
