Town of Kindersley reminds residents to remove gutter ramps ahead of fall

With fall right on the doorstep, the town of Kindersley wants to remind residents to remove gutter ramps. 

They must be removed by October 1 and can once again be installed after April 30. 

The reason is that these ramps can cause damage to snow removal equipment during winter. If found to be left in place the ramps or matting placed on roadways within the restricted time, owners could find them confiscated, impounded and possibly receive a ticket from the town. 

The regulation is listed as Section II: 8 of Bylaw 04-21, A Bylaw to Regulate Traffic.
