The Rosetown Cross Country Meet was a resounding success, with over 200 runners from 19 different schools competing at the Rosetown Golf Club yesterday. The event, held under sunny skies and high temperatures, brought out the best in athletes from across the region, who pushed through the heat to finish strong.
A big thank you goes out to the Rosetown Golf Club for graciously hosting the meet and to Walter Aseltine School for their support in organizing the event. Their efforts ensured that the runners had a well-maintained course and a smoothly run event, making for a memorable day of competition.
Participants showed tremendous resilience, tackling the challenging course despite the unseasonably warm conditions. The runners' determination and the community's support created a fantastic atmosphere, showcasing the spirit of sportsmanship and teamwork.
