Origin Brewing, a brewery based out of Strathmore, is featured in a unique advent calendar.
The calendar showcases craft beers from all across the province, with one beer for each day leading up to Christmas on December 25.
According to director Kyle Geeraert, a sales agency helped them get featured on the advent calendar, which is available at Costco and Real Canadian Liquor Stores.
"The idea of the calendar is that consumers don't know what they have until they open it up that day," said Geeraert, adding that Origin can't disclose which one of their lagers is featured in the calendar.
Geeraert said he's proud to be represented on a provincial scale, as he and his family grew up in Strathmore.
"We're also distributed in Saskatchewan and Manitoba, and looking to expand even further as well," added Geeraert.
Other breweries represented on the calendar include New Level Brewing, Big Rock Brewery, and Annex Ales.
