In recognition of World Mental Health Day, the Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA) National has unveiled an enhanced program from *Not Myself Today®*: an interactive e-learning series designed for managers. This innovative program aims to equip leaders with the necessary tools and knowledge to foster a workplace culture that prioritizes mental health and well-being.

Research shows that increasing mental health awareness among managers has a direct, positive impact on employees' experiences in the workplace. Organizations that invest in leadership training for mental health see improvements in recruitment, retention, productivity, and reductions in absenteeism.

"Advocating for employees' rights to be supported in the workplace is essential, and investing in mental health education for managers plays a vital role in this effort," said Katharine Coons, National Associate Director of Workplace Mental Health at CMHA. "When leaders are equipped with the knowledge to support their teams' mental well-being, it not only enhances employee experiences but also fosters a culture of trust and resilience, ultimately driving engagement and productivity."

This new e-learning series is designed to be a high-impact resource for organizations aiming to improve workplace mental health, providing managers with practical strategies to create supportive environments.
