A former pastor at a mega-church in Wisconsin is under fire again after allegedly sending himself inappropriate photos of a female congregant.

Gabriel Mills was recently fired from his role of guest experience pastor at the Kenosha, Wisconsin campus of Journey Church. The news comes after Mills pleaded not guilty at a preliminary hearing to two counts of capturing an intimate representation without consent.

“This morning Gabriel Mills was arrested after his preliminary hearing. A new complainant came forward, after reading the original media release. Detectives were able to locate evidence on Gabriel’s phone that substantiated the claims made against him by the complainant. Gabriel was charged with one more count of Capture an Intimate Representation Without Consent,” said Lt. Josh Hecker of the Kenosha Police Department in a statement.

The initial report of the complaint against Mills can be seen on Facebook on the Kenosha County District Attorney's Office's page. The report said that a female congregant who is identified as CMB, and her husband who is identified as TAB were in Mills' home for a life group on Sept. 22. The couple was there with other church members.

During the meeting, at around 8 p.m., CMB said she told investigator that she heard her husband ask Mills for help on downloading an audiobook on his cell phone. She then went down to get her children and came back up about ten minutes later. She said that she saw Mills holding the phone close to his chest so it could not be seen.

As she spoke to Mills, she could see an inappropriate photo of herself on his phone as he lowered it down to his side. Knowing that the photo was only shared with her husband, she wondered what other images he had of her.

A report was quickly filed with local police. Evidence shows that AirDrop was used to transfer two photos from TAB's phone to Mills'.

Journey Church is aware of the ongoing investigation and a spokesperson says that they "are cooperating with authorities."

Mills was initially arrested and went to bond court on his birthday on Oct. 2. His bail was set at $7,500 cash which was paid off by another man, according to Kenosha County Eye.

The Kenosha County Sheriff's Department shows that Mills remains in custody on the latest charge of Capture an Intimate Representation Without Consent.

Police continue to investigate further to see if there are additional victims.
