The Town of Leader is preparing for its upcoming municipal elections, with voters set to elect new council members on November 13. Seven candidates are vying for a spot on the Leader Town Council, while Aaron Wenzel has been acclaimed as mayor without opposition.

The candidates for the council election are:

The town is offering an advanced poll for those unable to vote on election day. The advanced poll will take place on November 9, from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. at the Leader Town Hall. Election day itself will be held on November 13, with voting from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m., also at the town hall.

The election will be an opportunity for residents to choose the individuals who will guide the community over the next term, shaping decisions on development, infrastructure, and services.

Aaron Wenzel, who has been acclaimed as mayor, will continue leading the town, ensuring stability in leadership as a new council is selected to support him.
