A pair of cyber tips has led to the arrest of an Arkansas pastor and foster parent who is facing 100 counts of crimes related to child pornography.

43-year-old James Vincent Henry came up on the radar of the Internet Crimes Against Child Task Force after they were alerted last month by the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.

Henry is the pastor of Crossroads Assembly of God Church in Delight, Arkansas. Over the years, he and his wife also served as foster parents to 76 children before moving to a transitional living program for young ladies who needed help getting life skills.

Before becoming pastor at Crossroads Assembly of God Church, Henry also served as a youth pastor at four different churches.

Henry was arrested last week after a search warrant was executed.

Investigators reviewed digital evidence collected from the search warrant and information taken from social media apps, Snapchat and Kik, leading to 100 counts of Possession, Viewing and Distribution of Child Pornography, according to the Arkansas Department of Public Safety.

Henry has since been taken to the Pike County Detention Centre where he remains in custody.
