Meet Brulee: The sweet-and-spunky kitty with a creamy heart
From KC Rescue introducing Brulee, an 11-month-old neutered male cat who’s still on the lookout for his forever home! Named after Ma & Me Bakery’s crème brûlée donut, Brulee is a perfect blend of brown and cream—a little crisp on the outside, but with a soft, sweet personality on the inside. He was found as a stray in the same area as his sister Pixie, and it didn’t take long for us to realize that these two were true siblings. We’re thrilled to share that Pixie has already found her forever family, and now it’s Brulee’s turn to shine!
Though he’s still learning to trust, Brulee’s beginning to feel the love in his foster home. When placed in the same room with Pixie, it was clear their reunion was special, sparking playful sibling battles and cozy naps side by side. Pixie’s helped show Brulee that humans can be kind, and now this sweet boy is warming up too. While he’s a bit shy, Brulee purrs when petted and is slowly letting his guard down.
We’re excited to watch Brulee’s personality blossom as he becomes more comfortable around people. With each day, he’s coming out of his shell and showing a bit more of that sugary-soft nature beneath his bravado.
