The Firefighter Challenge League annually conducts up to 8 classic events in the Firefighter Challenge Championship Series that concludes with the World Championship event each October.

This year’s championship was hosted in Nashville, Tennessee October 21st-25th. The FCL pits elite firefighters from around the world against each other – and the clock. The athletes enter the skills-based challenge course known as the "Arena of the Brave" to complete "Five Essential Functions" – High-Rise Pack Carry, Hose Heist, Forcible entry, Hose Advance and Victim Rescue.

The competitor with the best time within each division wins and Winnipeg firefighter Lindsey Ingram knows how to do just that, WIN!

She won four gold medals at this year's Firefighter Challenge League World Championships: age 50-54 Female Category, age 50-59 Female Tandems, age 50-59 Co-ed Tandems & the age 50-59 Female Hybrid Relay!

In addition, Lindsey also currently holds three World Records in the: Women's Individual 50+ category, the 50+ Co-ed category & the Women's 50+ Tandem category!

CFAM Morning Show co-host Zack Driedger chatted with the 26-year veteran of the Winnipeg Fire Department to get all the details, enjoy that conversation and some photos of the event below:
