Monday was a big day for a member of the Smallbone family.
Courtney Smallbone, the wife of Luke of FOR KING + COUNTRY, released her first devotional book, Technicolor Woman.
"I walked in the door from finishing up the tour and got to hold the physical result of her thoughtfulness and hard work," said Luke. "So proud of you sweetie, and honoured to celebrate with you on release day."
Technicolor Woman: Life in Full Color is a 31-day journey into women's identity and living in full colour.
“We are in an identity crisis as a nation,” said Courtney. “If our identity is stolen and tampered with, then we don’t know how to live. When we don’t know how to live, we are utterly lost, and the generations that come after us are as well.”
As a mother to four children, including a daughter, Courtney felt compelled and inspired to write a book that helps women of all ages and stages step into their distinct calling and live out their unique God-given purpose. In a culture that tells women who they should be, Courtney wants to tell women who God already says they are.
"There are so many fun things in there," said Courtney. "You don't have to do them in order. And it is for every woman, every age, every colour and at every stage."
