Tim Hortons’ Holiday Smile Cookie campaign has officially begun, with 100 percent of proceeds from each cookie sold going to local charities and community organizations across Canada.

This week’s campaign in Kindersley will support the Early Years Family Resource Centre, a local non-profit that provides families of young children with access to bonding resources and educational clinics. Smile Cookies are priced at $1.50, with half of the proceeds directed to the Resource Centre and the other half supporting the Tim Hortons Foundation Camps.

From Nov. 18 to 24, visit the Kindersley Tim Hortons to purchase cookies decorated with the iconic perfectly imperfect smile by volunteers from the Early Years Family Resource Centre and outgoing town councillors.

The first Smile Cookie campaign was launched in 1996 to support Hamilton Children's Hospital. Since its inception, the initiative has raised over $111 million for various charities and community groups. Last year, the campaign raised $9.8 million.
