The Humboldt's Broncos brought last night's match up with the Notre Dame Hounds back level in the third period, only to watch the win slip away with under a minute left for a 4-3 loss in Wilcox.
The Hounds took early command of the game with a pair of goals in the first period and a third at 7 minutes in the second.
Then in the late going of the period, the Broncos tarted to connect with a Jacob Strizzi effort off a Kyle Benoche assist. Then with under a minute left in the second, Marik Mamic took advantage of a power play for the second goal.
At the 15-minute mark in the third, Maddox Amaral tied it up for his fourth of the season. The game was headed to overtime, but at 19:19 in the final frame, the Hounds Anthony Nolan scored the decider, handing the Broncos the loss.
The Broncos try to right the ship on Saturday back home against the Nipawin Hawks.

The scheduled game for Friday night against the Weyburn Redwings has been postponed to December 2 at Crescent Point Place in Weyburn.
