Grande Prairie RCMP arrest individual for breaching court order

On Dec. 11, 2024, at approximately 2:48 p.m., Grade Prairie RCMP responded to a complaint regarding a male who was allegedly breaching their probation order. Officers attended the area and positively identified the individual, who was arrested without incident.

Dakota Small, a 31-year-old resident of Grande Prairie, has been charged with the following offence:

Failure to comply with probation order

14 outstanding warrants

Dakota was taken before a Justice of the Peace and was remanded into custody. He is scheduled to appear in court on Jan. 9, 2025, at the Alberta Court of Justice in Grande Prairie.
