Snow removal activity is off and running around west-central Saskatchewan. Highway crews got going early to assist people with their morning commute, and residential snow removal equipment wasn't far behind with a big day of digging out ahead.

Kindersley

Kindersley operates under a priority system, starting with RED, then GREEN (except Main Street), followed by BLUE.

They ask residents to keep their vehicle off the street to aid in effective snow removal, and to keep cautious around snow removal crews working.

Rosetown 

The Town of Rosetown tries to open up their main arteries in town, though there is no specific order. The main areas include the access area for ambulance service, Rose Villa entrance via Centennial Drive, the Fire Hall ramp, Main Street, AGT Centre, Civic Centre and the Elks Hall parking lots will be cleared (at the Superintendent’s discretion). 9th Ave. - 6 th St. - 6 th Ave - residential areas

Kerrobert 

Kerrobert also works on a priority list, clearing access to the hospital as one of their first tasks.
