Rachael Lampa has released a new single which she hopes will remind listeners of their worth.
"It's called "What It's Worth,"" said Lampa in a post on Instagram. "It's about God seeing us for what our hearts are worth because he made us. And he made us worthy. And he made us valuable."
Lampa says it's important to continue to remind ourselves and each other of the nature of God's love.
"This love that sees each one of us as the person we were created to be, not the one we reduce ourselves to sometimes- OFTENtimes," Rachael explained. "Love sees us as a diamond in the dirt of our pain, it sees a field of gold- waiting to be unburied, it sees our scars not as injuries but as a sign of refined brilliance. He doesn’t want us to be STUCK. He wants us to have all the love in the universe."
"What It's Worth" hit the airwaves on Jan. 10, 2025.
Meanwhile, Rachael also announced she has been asked to be involved with the No Address movie, which shares stories of people experiencing homelessness in the United States.
"When I first heard about this project, I was so drawn to the fact that they wanted to tell the stories, the true experiences of human beings navigating this challenge, this journey of homelessness," said Lampa.
Besides her music, Lampa also works with her family at People Loving Nashville, where she walks alongside people who are experiencing homelessness.
"To be a part of something that honours them and honours their stories is important, and it's really important to me."
No Address will hit theatres on Feb 28, 2025.
