Carlton Trail College has announced a renewed four-year strategic plan that will serve to benefit the students at the school along with the workforce the students will enter upon graduation.
The strategic plan centers on four key priorities: achieving student and employer success, strengthening partnerships and collaboration, structuring the College to support growth and development, and advancing the College’s infrastructure and technology for the future. These areas are designed to ensure that Carlton Trail College remains an institution of choice for higher education while strengthening ties to its employees, communities and the regional economy.
“We are excited about this new chapter for Carlton Trail College,” said Sandy Flory, Chair of the Board of Directors. “Our plan reflects our commitment to meeting the needs of our students and our region. By focusing on targeted training and workforce opportunities, along with increased partnerships, we are preparing our students for long-term success and contributing to the region’s economic growth.”
“As we unveil our new strategic plan, we recognize that our success is driven by the dedication of our Board members, instructors, and staff, who are committed to fostering an inclusive learning environment and delivering opportunities that directly supports the region. Together, we are equipping individuals and businesses with the skills and opportunities needed to thrive in today’s economy,” said Amy Yeager, President and CEO.
With the renewed plan in place, the College reaffirms its dedication to providing exceptional educational opportunities while fostering strong connections between students, employers, and industry, as well as its regional communities. As Carlton Trail College continues to grow to serve Saskatchewan’s workforce needs, it remains steadfast in its mission to develop the next generation of leaders, professionals, and skilled workers.
