For years, residents have come out for Real Canadian Wrestling (RCW) shows, and now they'll have another date to mark on their calendars.
The newest wrestling show My Bloody Valentine will hit the ring at the Strathmore Ag Pavilion on February 7.
Steve Wilde, a wrestler with RCW says after three decades in the industry he still feels sore in the morning.
"I've been doing this for 36 years all around the world and nothing has changed with what we do in that ring. I feel it every single morning when I get out of bed."
Wilde's biggest show was in South Korea which he says hosted 60,000 fans.
There will be six matches during the February event.
Doors will open at 6:30 p.m. with the show starting at 7:30 p.m.
"We're all about supporting local so a couple of our major sponsors are Mike's Bar and Grill and Sammich Sycles here in Strathmore they have paper copy tickets," explained Wilde.
The next time RCW will be back after February's show will be in March.
