Glenna Velma Cory age 98 of Swift Current, Saskatchewan passed away on January 21, 2025 at the Cypress Regional Hospital. At Glenna's request, no funeral services will take place. Glenna is survived by her son Vern (Lynn); Grandchildren: Michael and Trisha. Glenna is predeceased by her daughter Bonnie Robinson (June 2014) but survived by her grandchildren: Doug (Kelly), B.J., and Timothy. Glenna is predeceased by her husband Lawrence Clinton Cory (December 1998). Glenna was born on October 30, 1926 on a farm near Webb, Saskatchewan. Glenna married Lawrence on November 15, 1947. She and Lawrence lived on a farm south of Waldeck for ten years. They moved to Waldeck proper in 1960, and then moved to Swift Current in 1966. Glenna always enjoyed curling third, and she loved playing softball and golfing. She volunteered at the First United Church for many years. Glenna lived on her own after Lawrence passed away and then moved to the Bentley in October of 2022. She enjoyed going for walks and playing Card Bingo. Rest in Peace.
