Ann Marie Bang
Ann Marie Bang was born on January 25, 1950 in Cabri, Saskatchewan. The 4th child to Vera Irene and Cecil Edward Cushing, was the youngest sister to late Verne Edward Cushing, late Joy Mae Bekker, and surviving Linda Joan Johnson.
Ann attended elementary and high school in Cabri. She started to work part-time at the hospital as a Nurses Aide, which she loved. In the fall, she got a full-time position which she was excited about in 1966. She married Mark Alden Bang on March 5, 1977.

Elizabeth “Beth” Logan Petersen, nee Bertram, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by loved ones in Cabri, Saskatchewan on Friday, June 13, 2025.
Born in Milden, Saskatchewan on March 3, 1944, youngest of 5 girls to Beverly & Betty Bertram of Milden, Saskatchewan. Beth went on to Beauty School in Saskatoon and then moved to Cabri to work, it was in Cabri that she met Robert “Bob” Vernon Petersen (Buntrock) and they married October 24, 1964.

It is with heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Mildred Edna Scory (Helman) of Swift Current, on June 12, 2025, at the Leader Integrated Health Care Facility in Leader, Saskatchewan at the age of 78.
She is survived by her children: Jennefer (Dave), Alleson (Dennis), Jeremy and Lisa. Her siblings: MaryAnn (Paul), Bob, and Pamela (Brian). Her grandchildren: Mckenna (Brandon), Rylan, Davyn, Kelby, Jordan, Tia, and Reid. Nephews: Sean, Marc (Lisa), Clancy (Kate); niece Sydney (Nick); and many great-nieces and nephews.

It is with deep sadness that the family of Marita Alicia Salberg announces her passing on June 12, 2025 at Cypress Regional Hospital in Swift Current, SK. Marita passed away peacefully at the age of 89.

Sheila Marie Burton (Karg) age 70 years, passed away peacefully with her family by her side on June 15, 2025 at the Cypress Regional Hospital in Swift Current, Saskatchewan.
The Celebration of Life will take place on July 5, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. at St. Stephens Anglican Church with Chaplain Bob Cappelle officiating. A time of fellowship will take place in the St. Stephens Anglican Hall immediately following the service.

Mrs. Hazel Philp
It is with deep sorrow and much love that the family of Hazel Marie Philp mourns her peaceful passing at the age of 98 years.
Born in Cabri hospital in 1927 to Oscar and Mildred (Olson) Peterson. Hazel’s childhood was spent in the companionship of two wonderful sisters living in the Cabri and Pennant area. After completing grade twelve Hazel attended secretarial school in Swift Current. Afterward, she found employment in the office at the local horse plant.
Mrs. Susan Wieler
Susan Pauline Wieler (Neufeld, Pinel) age 81 years of Swift Current, Saskatchewan passed away on June 10, 2025 at the Cypress Regional Hospital with family by her side. The family will be honoring Susan’s wishes and will have a private graveside service.
Susan is survived by her daughter Paulette Wieler, son Marshall Wieler, sister Helen Jurick, and her nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents John and Mary, and her brothers Johnny and Cornie (Cob).
