Jelly Roll recently joined Brooks & Dunn for a special performance at the 2024 CMA awards.

The band alongside their special guest, Jelly Roll, sang "Believe" bringing the crowd to their feet in worship.

Jelly Roll experienced plenty of trauma in his childhood, serving time in prison when he was just 14. He has since turned his life around, finding God along the way.

"God never called the equipped. God always equipped the call," he explained at the 2024 CMT Music Awards. "I think that I am a living manifestation of that."

He now calls himself 'God's least likely messenger.'

"I absolutely love him," said Brandon Lake. "He loves the Lord and we've had some amazing conversations and I can't wait for you to hear how this song means so much to him and the whole story.   It's just really cool, man! To God be all the glory."

Lake's collaboration with Jelly Roll is set to be released on Feb 7, 2025.
