Are you ready to run for a cause and make a difference? 

The Town of Strathmore and Family & Community Support Services (FCSS) are hosting its Stomping Down Barriers Run in support of mental health and the True North Society.

The race will start and finish at the Strathmore Motor Products Sports Centre on August 10.

Register and join the run at the following times: 

  • 5 km: August 10 at 8:45 a.m. 
  • 10 km: August 10 at 8:30 a.m. 
  • 21.1 km August 10 at 7:30 a.m. 
  • Virtual 5 km: Anytime up until August 10 at 8:45 a.m. 
  • Virtual 10 km: Anytime up until August 10 at 8:30 a.m. 
  • Virtual 21.1 km: Anytime up until August 10 at 7:30 a.m. 

Staff with the town say parking will be limited and carpooling and drop-offs are encouraged.
