The Agra Risk Wheatland Kings' Lucky Shot Lager is now available at the Calgary Co-op Edgefield Wine Spirits Beer in Strathmore.
The lager, which was created by Strathmore's own Origin Brewing, was originally only available at the Strathmore Family Centre.
"This is our third year with our partnership with Origin," said Cody Holdaway, general manager of the Kings. "Origin has been a long-time sponsor of the team. They donate thousands of dollars directly to the club every year."
After a few years of selling the beer out of the Family Centre, Origin offered up some of the space at the Co-op location for the Lucky Shot Lager.
"I was at the liquor store last night and to be able to see it on the shelf is pretty special," added Holdaway. "Our marketing and content team designed the can in-house, so it's pretty cool to be able to see it on shelves."
The lager is available in four packs at the Co-op location.
