Rob Carney - One more thing to talk about before I let you go, and that's eBilling. We talked about it on the previous edition of Take 5.

Tell us how many have signed up, and I suppose you want to encourage others to join.

Maryse Carmichael - Absolutely. We want to encourage people to join the eBilling.

It is convenient. It is more convenient, of course, for all the residents, for customers, and for us as well. We are at about 12 or 13 per cent of people that have signed up out of the 12,500 customers we have in the city, so, 12.9 per cent.

More and more people are signing up, and we saw the mail disruption in the last, well, just before the holidays. So, now with eBilling, it's too easy, it's an e-mail that you receive and it's really easy to sign up from our website.

Rob - My water bill is the only bill I still pay manually, maybe I should jump on this bandwagon.

Maryse – Maybe, it is 2024 *chuckles*

Rob – 2025!

Maryse – 2025, you’re right!

Rob - We're back to the future.

Maryse - A little slow today I guess, maybe the cold is keeping me in the past.

Rob - City manager Maryse Carmichael, is there anything else you'd like to add today?

Maryse - Thank you to everyone that is really working with us in this challenging time with Mother Nature.
