The Saskatchewan Rush are back on the west-coast Friday night, playing another all-Canadian matchup against the Vancouver Warriors after picking up two wins last weekend.
Last Friday the Rush went to Calgary and defeated the Roughnecks 16-13, following up that performance with a 17-9 win over the Rochester Knighthawks at home Saturday.
The win against Rochester marked the league leading eighth win of the season for the Rush. Despite being top spot in the 'W' column, they are still in second in league standings behind the Buffalo Bandits, winning percentage giving Buffalo first place with a 7-1 record.
Saskatchewan's last trip towards the Pacific to San Diego was an excellent one as the Rush rode some early offense to a 12-8 win. That was the second win of the Rush's current four game streak, as the team in green looks to stay hot tonight and extend that streak against the Warriors.
