Award-winning singer-songwriter Phil Wickham has released a new track written with the church in mind.
Wickham said on social media when he wrote "The King is in the Room", "I had the church in mind—God’s people coming together, preparing their hearts, and enthroning Him upon their praise. I can’t wait to sing it in more rooms and hear churches lift their voices alongside me."
"Whether it’s a grand cathedral or an old storage warehouse, God is WITH you. The miracle-working King who parts the seas, heals the sick, raises the dead, and forgives sinners is ALWAYS in the room," he said on Instagram.
Wickham reminds listeners that whether "You’re in your car or your kitchen, your church or your workplace, I pray this song reminds you of the joy and power of His presence."
